Using the Pivot Interactives store is the easiest and most efficient way to get an automated quote. To learn more, check out our help article.
Go to the Pivot Interactives store.
Select Start a License under Institutional License or Purchase Codes under Course Codes if you're looking to purchase codes to sell through your institution's bookstore.
Fill in the required information.
Click Send a Quote at the bottom of the page.
You will next be taken to a page with your quote. The link for this quote can be shared with anyone. Should you decide to make your purchase, you can do so from this page, or you can send the link to someone else for them to make payment. You will also be emailed a copy of the quote.
The Education Contact is the person that will be using and managing the Pivot Interactives subscription. This is often an instructor, administrator, or IT/Technology Supervisor.
Payment
The Billing Contact is the person that will manage the payment for the subscription. This is most often a bookkeeper or someone that works within your institution's purchasing department.
Payment can be made from the store page or the quote. We accept two separate forms of payment:

If your organization is tax-exempt, you will need a copy of this tax-exempt notice when paying to be included with the invoice.
