Note: These instructions are for purchases made from Vernier prior to November 1, 2021. You can no longer purchase access using this method. If you purchased seats that will be used for other instructors, you could Distribute Seats. This will send the activation code to other instructors so they can add seats to their accounts.
Click the Account menu at the top of the screen and select Purchases or go to https://app.pivotinteractives.com/purchases.
Find the purchase you wish to distribute and click Distribute as shown below:
When you click Distribute for a purchase in your purchase history, the Distribute Purchase page will open for that purchase. Enter the email addresses for the teachers to whom you wish to distribute the activation code, as shown below:
When the activation code is distributed to another instructor, they will get an email that looks like this:
The recipient of this email can use it to activate seats into their account. They will be prompted to create a Pivot Interactives account if they do not already have one.
