Configuring the rostering and single sign-on (SSO) permissions for Clever requires Clever Administrator permissions and will likely need to be completed by a district-level IT specialist.
Once these steps are complete, teachers will need to follow these instructions for how to add their classes from Clever into Pivot Interactives.
Adding the Application
While logged into Clever, select Applications from your left-hand menu. Then, select Add Applications in the top right of your Applications list.
This will bring you to a search area. Search for Pivot Interactives.
Install the Pivot Interactives app
As you select a service, you will be asked to configure your sharing rules. You can share by schools, subjects, grades, or teachers. While these sharing settings are ultimately up to you, we recommend "Subject is science" and "Grade is 6-12". Please keep in mind that your license is in terms of students. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data being shared is within the bounds of your license. Overages can result in additional fees.
Some things to keep in mind:
Requests can take 1-3 days to process. Once you have been notified of the process request's completion, it can take up to 24 hours for courses to appear. If you do not see your courses the next day, please contact our support team.
