You can download a scores file and import it into an LMS or SIS.

Overview

Downloading all grades in a class.

  1. Go to My Classes.

  2. Click the three dots icon at the right of a class.

  3. Select Download Grades.

Alternatively, you can do this from the Course page.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of View Class & Roster, then select Download Grades.

Downloading all grades for an assignment

  1. Go to My Classes.

  2. Click on the class containing the assignment.

  3. Click on the three dots icon to the right of the assignment's title.

  4. Click Download Grades.

Alternatively, you can download the grades from the Scores page.

  1. Go to My Classes.

  2. Click on the class containing the assignment.

  3. Click on the name of the assignment.

  4. Click on the three dots to the right of Grade by Question.

  5. Select Download Grades.

What does this look like?

All files are CSVs. The students' names and emails will match their names as displayed in Pivot Interactives.

Some Notes:

  1. In the Course Grades file, you will see only the total points earned. The total possible points are displayed in above the students' scores.

  2. In the Assignment Grades, the assignment's score is broken down question-by-question for each student.
