Change your Single Sign-on Provider

Here's how you can change from one single sign-on provider to another or remove single sign-on and login with a password instead.

Overview

Pivot Interactives currently supports the following single sign-on (SSO) providers:

  1. Google

  2. Microsoft

  3. ClassLink

  4. Clever

There can be only one provider associated with a Pivot Interactives user account at a time. You have the option of changing from one provider to another or removing SSO entirely and login with a traditional email/password combination.

To change from one SSO provider to another:

  1. Log out of your account by clicking your name, then Log Out

  2. Go to our our login page (https://app.pivotinteractives.com/login)

  3. Click Login with [new provider] for the provider you wish to use moving forward

  4. When prompted, click Login with [old provider] to perform the handoff from your old provider to the new one.

  5. Follow the prompts for your old provider and new one to complete the handoff.

To remove SSO entirely and login with traditional email/password:

  1. Log in using your current SSO

  2. Click your name, then Profile.

  3. Click Disconnect [current provider].

  4. Once that happens, enter a new password into the New Password field, then enter it again into Confirm Password.

  5. Click Save
    ​

  6. Moving forward, you will need to select Login with Email and Password to access your account.
